AI systems that think with you, not for you
Most AI tools leave business owners as users. With CollaBoss, I build the systems that make them operators, and I teach people to build their own.
Systems
I run relationscreens.com with my team of agents.
Content Wizard
Try the wizardI build AI systems that sharpen the conversation and challenge the person, so people and machines get the most out of working together. Content Wizard makes content with a team of agents, in your voice. It asks for your thinking before it writes a word, and pushes just enough that the result is yours, not generic.
Sprint Room
Try the roomA room for design sprints: an AI facilitator guides the team while agents take notes and check the facts.
Daily Brief
Try the briefEvery morning at seven, the news that matters to your business, chosen and written for you. It learns from what you rate.
Talks
I talk about living with screens and thinking with AI. On stage at Agents&Me, Pragma, theLOOP #2 and TEN15 Herzliya.

How to simply be in the digital age
The problem isn't the technology. It's how we're steered to use it. In the years I've spent going deeper into digital balance, learning it and speaking about it, I've come to see that this isn't a problem of addiction. It's a problem of design and training.
In this book I gather the strongest knowledge and methods I have, to make a deep change, not only in your digital habits but in your relationship with technology. Through understanding, practice and a change in how interfaces are designed, technology can become a wonderful servant instead of a terrible master.
If not for Rotem, I would still be sitting with the thought that I'm behind and everyone is already flying ahead. Thanks to Rotem, I'm flying on my own and I understand that there is no limit to what I can build next. He doesn't just set up systems and agents for me. He also guides me in using them and creating things on my own with their help.
Adi NudelCEO and founder, Financial CatIt's simply unbelievable, the things I do with the agents Rotem built for me. I work in a very technical environment, with very talented developers, and it's always fun to see how stunned they are by the level of my agents and systems.
Jonathan Abraham SalemCEO and founder, RECIV.netThe things Rotem built are truly crazy. He understands agents, understands people, and above all, what's between them.

I've spent my working life between people and technology. One question runs through all of it: who operates whom?
I started in education, setting up youth entrepreneurship centers in Israel's periphery. There I saw how much the tools of startups and technology could give anyone, and I set out to make them accessible.
I studied behavioral sciences, trained in UX, and while still a student opened a UX design business. Designing products showed me how strongly a screen can steer the person holding it.
So I founded RelationScreens, for a healthier relationship with our screens: talks, workshops, a course and a podcast.
When AI arrived, I did everything with it, and kept watching the line between the use that dulls your thinking and the use that sharpens it. That line became my approach: Co-Thinking.
I use it to make dreams happen and to move social projects forward, like a festival for phone-free spaces.
Today I build AI systems that think with their owners, not for them, through CollaBoss, and I teach the approach on stage and in my course.
For one-on-one coaching or consulting, on digital balance or on how to think, build and work with agents, talk to me on WhatsApp.
As AI gets better at thinking for us, our agency shrinks. I help people find balance in a distracted world, and I build systems that protect human agency and sharpen thinking — for a healthier relationship between man and machine.
a world where people operate technology instead of being used by it.
